Proverbs 23:18 – “Surely there is a future, and your hope will not be cut
off.” (ESV)
While all of us may have very different circumstances that we are dealing with today, there is one thing we have in common: the future. It is unwritten and undetermined. You and I cannot control the past – it’s already in the books. But you and I have a say in how tomorrow is written by the choices and decisions we make. Here are a few suggestions to help you create a better tomorrow:
What one habit can you eliminate that would improve your health? What one discipline can you incorporate into your life today that would make a difference over time?
What one relationship is hindering you from making good decisions? What one financial goal can you set today that would change your life tomorrow?
The one thing you need in your life that will bridge the gap between where you are today and where you would like to be in the future is hope. Fuel your hope through scripture and prayer … it will help keep hope alive.
